We aim to post within 1-2 days of completing your order. 

We use registered and express post for posting within Australia and International

Returns/Exchanges Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or return.

All items are handmade with care, however if you receive an item which is faulty or damaged we can arrange an exchange or return. Sale items are non refundable and are not available for exchange or return. Earrings are excluded from exchange or return for hygiene reasons.

If by chance you do receive a faulty item please contact us through email within 24 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for exchange or return. Items which have been damaged as a result of everyday wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange. Postage cost will be refunded to cover the return costs. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

As some items can be in limited production or we may be out of stock we will offer credit or refund to the same value as your order.

Care Information

Please take care of your items as they are made with love.

Some plastic is hand dyed and it can become slightly discoloured from excessive exposure to sunlight. 

Please store in a dark space when not in use to preserve colours.

Cleaning can be done with luke warm soapy water (avoid hot water due to the plastic) and dry with a soft cloth.
